Under Contract

Here are some pics of the house we are trying to buy in it's unfinished state. It now has tile floors with granite in-lays in the entry way and dining room, carpet in the bedrooms, stone from a historic bakery in Horseshoe Bay for the fireplace, and a nice finished kitchen. It still doesn't have a driveway, but that will be finished before we close. If all goes well, we should close Feb. 18th.

The fireplace is really nice but would require that we buy a new flat screen tv since ours won't fit above mantle. Oh darn!! hee hee. HALO on a big screen!!!

It's on a nice wooded lot with a HUGE tree on the next lot for Lincoln to climb. There are deer everywhere too. We are the only house on the street, but it's an older neighborhood that just hasn't been over-developed. We're pretty excited about it.

  4. Looks like it will be a great home. Congratulations, good look, lots of prayers that you're able to close. There's nothing like home ownership (especially when the frig, heater/AC, water heater, washer & dryer, and stove all decide they need to be replaced!!). Good thing you're starting from scratch!
